Our aim is to provide you with products that are 100% genuine. However, for some reason, you are not satisfied with our products. In such cases, we offer your “Return and Replacement policy,” – which entitles all members to return or exchange our products within 48 hours before demo installation. We will take the returned products with us and issue the credited amount to you (only if the payment method is COD). Purchase made on online payment is not eligible for refund instead users can opt for replacement.
While returning, keep in mind that the products that are used washed and any missing original tag is not returnable. Also, make sure to return the original invoice, freebies, and all products included in the group offers such as buy 1 get 1 should be returned along with the products.
Under replacement policy, the products of similar products can be exchanged. However, purchasing a new product as an exchange for different products is not acceptable. Instead, we will return the credited money back to your bank account. So, you can make new purchases.
Before returning to ensure you are sending the correct product and they are properly packed. We are not responsible for the damage or loss of the incorrect product while in a transaction.

Return Process

You can initiate a return request through our Ideal Furniture’s Account or email us at “EMAIL” with your order name, invoice copy, photo of the products, and clear description of issues to initiate a return request.
Here is the procedure to initiate a return request through Ideal Furniture’s account.
Step 1:
Login to your Ideal Furniture’s account and then head on to the order history option
Step 2:
Under the history option, you will find all the products you have ordered on the screen. Now click on the product that you like to return or exchange.
Step 3:
You will find a return link to the products. Click on the return option. It will redirect you to the return form page.
Step 4:
Fill out the necessary details properly and submit the request.
Step 5:
That’s it. Our order delivery team will pick up your product at the preferred time and location.
