Delivery charges
We deliver your products free of charge within a 10-15 km radius surrounding Ideal furniture’s HQ. We charge Extra Delivery Charges depend on the size and location of the product that has to be delivered. This Shipment charges are excluding all the taxes, COD charges, redeem codes, and coupons. You can check the tax, COD charges in your cart.
Delivery Details
We will deliver your product to your preferred location with the reputed courier service. Usually for most of the metros and cities delivery time will be 1-3 days according to the locations.
Although, sometimes your product might get delay due to some inevitable reason in shipment where Ideal Furniture’s are not responsible for the delay. However, we try to contact the customers to cooperate as Ideal Furniture’s constantly attempt to prevent such cases from happening.
Unsuccessful delivery
If you missed out on the delivery our carrier partner will attempt to deliver your product twice if not the product will be returned back to the warehouse and the amount will be reimbursed to your bank account.
Cancelation
In some rare cases, your product gets longer than the estimated delivery time or products are untraceable Ideal Furniture has full right to cancel the product and refund the paid amount to your bank account.
Changes in the Delivery address
You can change your delivery address before shipment or the order is in pending status. If not, we strive to be as flexible as we could to deliver your product fast.
